A gentle reminder:
If you sign up for a class and can no longer attend, please cancel yourself from the class to allow space for another yogi to practice. If you have issues cancelling, please call or email the front desk & we will take care of it.
Please arrive on time, students later than 10 minutes may not be
permitted to enter. If you are running late please let us know so we can alert the teacher and set up a space to avoid disrupting the class
once it has started.
