Thai healing and body work, Ayurveda, transcultural Shamanism, Buddhism, energy work from several cultures, along with her own intuitive journey and connections to her Celtic and Lakota heritage.
Informed by over fifteen years of practicing reflexology, Carolee’s teaching style is based on application and interactive self-directed learning. She provides case-study based learning for providers as well as didactic-based learning, in addition to reviewing research and resources for practitioners. Carolee’s goals are to contribute to the community, empower the public through knowledge, and motivate people to be proactive about their health.
