All That Matters yoga + wellness reserves the right to cancel a program (workshop or training) at any time. If All That Matters cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. No refunds or credit are issued for classes postponed due to weather—every effort is made to reschedule such classes. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual workshop and training descriptions.
The in-person trainings currently offered at ATMYW are highly experiential in nature and require group participation to be successful. In order to ensure our high standards of excellence are met, training dates may be postponed to allow additional time for more enrollment. Programs that are rescheduled will do so with at least 2 weeks notice to participants to minimize the impact of those changes
If a student cancels:
*Note: We ask that our clients stay home if they are sick, to honor the health of our Providers and other clients. If you are experiencing a fever or if you wake up with cold/flu symptoms, please contact All That Matters as soon as possible to reschedule with no penalty. If we do not hear from you in advance, and you do not show up for your appointment, refunding/rescheduling is not available.
Signing up for an Unlimited Monthly Membership means you agree to pay the advertised rate for at least 3 months via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. After the initial 3 months, your automated payments will continue on a monthly basis, unless you freeze or cancel your membership. Your monthly payment will be charged on the same day of the month each month as your purchase date.
Retail and Holistic Healing Arts Services discounts will be applied automatically at the time of purchase. Feel free to double-check with us that it is being applied. Discounts cannot be applied during online registration.

Unlimited Monthly Memberships can be cancelled any time after the initial commitment of 3 months is reached. Cancellation must be received in writing by submitting the Membership Cancellation Form. We require 14 days notice or your cancellation may not take effect until after your next billing cycle.
Pre-Paid Annual Memberships + Angel Memberships:
You agree to be charged annually via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. Your payment will recur on the same month and day as your original purchase date, once annually. The contract will auto renew annually until cancelled by client. Annual Membership can be cancelled anytime, however they are not refundable and cannot be pre-rated.
No sharing, exchanging, or refunds of memberships.
Memberships can be frozen once per year, after initial three month commitment, to allow for travel, illness, etc. for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months (or up to 6 months for seasonal travel.) Your payment and expiration dates will shift by the number of days of your freeze. Please let us know in writing by completing the Membership Freeze Request with at least 14 days notice.
If you purchase and schedule this membership to begin in the future, the first month is always charged the day you sign up. Your future charge dates will be according to the start date you confirm when purchasing.
Our Membership options are the most popular and cost-effective option for the student who practices yoga regularly (1-2x week) and wants to receive all the other perks of our wellness offerings. The benefits of a regular yoga practice improve overall health, reduce the physical effects of stress on the body, and create increased flexibility, mobility, strength and inner calm. The benefits are endless!

Yes! You can purchase the Membership for a minimum of 3 months. You can either pay for the first 3 months at the time or purchase, or you can pay for the first month at the time of purchase and put a credit/debit card on file, and you will be charged automatically for each subsequent month. You can choose to gift a Membership for as many months as you’d like beyond that 3 month initial term.
No, you can start at any time during the month.

Yes, after your initial 3 month commitment, you can freeze your Membership for a period of 1-3 months (or up to 6 months for seasonal travel). To request a freeze, please submit the Membership Freeze Form with 14 days’ notice (form available at the Front Desk or email membership@allthatmatterswellness.org) .

Members may bring guests with them to class anytime for only $10 per guest! Please introduce your guest when checking in to class. If they have not been to ATMYW before, we’ll ask them to fill out a brief contact form.

Yes, you are able to purchase a Membership anytime and have the benefits begin at a later date. Payment for the first month is required at the time of purchase.
