YOGA REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Please be mindful that some classes fill up quickly and if you are unable to attend, cancel your registration as soon as possible to offer a spot to another yogi.
  • All students must pre-register* for class online or through the All That Matters app. Online registration is available until 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  • If you have not checked in within 5 minutes of class start time, your space may be released to another student.
  • Please arrive on time, students later than 10 minutes may not be permitted to enter. If you are running late please let us know so we can alert the teacher and set up a space to avoid disrupting the class once it has started.
  • If you are trying to register another student or guest, please contact info@allthatmatterswellness.org or call 401.409.2121 during business hours for assistance: 
    Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–4pm, Sun 10am–3pm [Outside of business hours you may leave a voice message and we will return your call as soon as possible or send us an email for a quicker response]
  • If another student cancels their registration, enabling you to move from a waitlist to the class roster, you will be immediately notified via email. Please make sure you are opted in to receive email notifications! Timing is dependent upon cancellations and can happen up to 30 minutes prior to class start time.
  • If you are notified that you have gained a spot in class, but can no longer attend, please cancel your registration ASAP (see below).

YOGA CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Registration for in-person classes is limited in compliance with the State of RI guidelines. If you can no longer attend a class you have registered for, please cancel your registration (online or via the MindBody App) ASAP so a spot can be made available to another student.
  • If you need assistance cancelling your registration, please call 401.409.2121 or email info@allthatmatterswellness.org
  • Please be aware that students who repeatedly miss class or cancel with less than 30 minutes notice may not be eligible for class pass or drop-in payment refunds. Members may be charged $10 per missed class if repeatedly absent with little or no notice.
  • Please note our class sizes are limited, and some have active waiting lists. In the future, if you can no longer attend a class you have registered for, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration ASAP (online, via our app, or call or email us during business hours) so we can offer the spot to another student.

*In accordance with guidelines from the State of Rhode Island, pre-registration is required at this time. 

PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY*

All That Matters yoga + wellness reserves the right to cancel a program (workshop or training) at any time. If All That Matters cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. No refunds or credit are issued for classes postponed due to weather—every effort is made to reschedule such classes. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual workshop and training descriptions. 

The in-person trainings currently offered at ATMYW are highly experiential in nature and require group participation to be successful. In order to ensure our high standards of excellence are met, training dates may be postponed to allow additional time for more enrollment. Programs that are rescheduled will do so with at least 2 weeks notice to participants to minimize the impact of those changes

If a student cancels:

  • Full Refund / 100% Registration Fee: Up to 14 days prior to the program
  • Credit Only* / 100% Registration Fee: From 14 days up to 3 days prior to the program
  • Credit Only* / 50% Registration Fee: From 3 days up to 24 hours prior to the program
  • No Credit / Refund: Within 24 Hours


HOLISTIC HEALING ARTS CANCELLATION POLICY*

  • Payment in advance is required during the booking process to confirm appointment (sorry, gratuity cannot be prepaid, please bring a cash tip or most providers accept Venmo)
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment start time are non-refundable. Holistic Health Service Package holders who cancel within 24 hours will be deducted one service from their package. 


*Note: We ask that our clients stay home if they are sick, to honor the health of our Providers and other clients. If you are experiencing a fever or if you wake up with cold/flu symptoms, please contact All That Matters as soon as possible to reschedule with no penalty. If we do not hear from you in advance, and you do not show up for your appointment, refunding/rescheduling is not available.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS + CONDITIONS

Signing up for an Unlimited Monthly Membership means you agree to pay the advertised rate for at least 3 months via automatic payment on a credit or debit card.  After the initial 3 months, your automated payments will continue on a monthly basis, unless you freeze or cancel your membership.  Your monthly payment will be charged on the same day of the month each month as your purchase date.

  • Unlimited in-studio, outdoor and live stream yoga, applicable on yoga classes on the weekly schedule 
  • 10% Off Holistic Healing Arts bodywork treatments. Includes massage, Reiki and reflexology; not applicable on health service packages
  • 10% Off Acupuncture initial consultation
  • Discounts on most workshops, some exceptions apply
  • Discount on 40 Day (R)EVOLUTION Special Program
  • Unlimited access to $10 guest passes (Member must accompany guest)
  • Eligible for member-only discounts and events
  • 10% Off natural health and beauty products at Belmont Market (must show All That Matters key tag to receive the discount at checkout)*
  • 10% Off bread, baked goods + coffee at SoCo Bread Co. *
  • Receive a small chocolate Buddha with any purchase at Jennifer's Chocolates in the Wakefield Mall


Retail and Holistic Healing Arts Services discounts will be applied automatically at the time of purchase. Feel free to double-check with us that it is being applied.   Discounts cannot be applied during online registration.

Unlimited Monthly Memberships can be cancelled any time after the initial commitment of 3 months is reached. Cancellation must be received in writing by submitting the Membership Cancellation Form. We require 14 days notice or your cancellation may not take effect until after your next billing cycle.


Pre-Paid Annual Memberships + Angel Memberships: 

You agree to be charged annually via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. Your payment will recur on the same month and day as your original purchase date, once annually.   The contract will auto renew annually until cancelled by client.   Annual Membership can be cancelled anytime, however they are not refundable and cannot be pre-rated.  


No sharing, exchanging, or refunds of memberships.


Memberships can be frozen once per year, after initial three month commitment, to allow for travel, illness, etc. for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months (or up to 6 months for seasonal travel.) Your payment and expiration dates will shift by the number of days of your freeze. Please let us know in writing by completing the Membership Freeze Request with at least 14 days notice.


If you purchase and schedule this membership to begin in the future, the first month is always charged the day you sign up. Your future charge dates will be according to the start date you confirm when purchasing.

WHY WOULD I BUY A MEMBERSHIP? HOW WILL IT BENEFIT ME?

Our Membership options are the most popular and cost-effective option for the student who practices yoga regularly (1-2x week) and wants to receive all the other perks of our wellness offerings.  The benefits of a regular yoga practice improve overall health, reduce the physical effects of stress on the body, and create increased flexibility, mobility, strength and inner calm.  The benefits are endless!

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?

Unlimited Monthly Membership payments are processed automatically via our autopay system with the credit card stored on your account.   You may pay for the initial 3 month commitment up front with cash or check, but we do ask for a credit card to be held on file for future payments.  Your monthly payment will be charged on the same day of the month, each month, as your purchase date.



Pre-Paid Annual Memberships are charged annually via automatic payment on a credit or debit card. Your payment will recur on the same month and day as your original purchase date, once annually. 


I ALREADY HAVE A CLASS PASS, CAN I CONVERT TO MEMBERSHIP?

Yes! We can refund the unused portion of your class pass and use that credit toward your first month of membership.


IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR STUDENTS?

Yes!

We also offer special rates for active Teachers, First Responders and all Military with proof of ID.  


CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes! You can purchase the Membership for a minimum of 3 months. You can either pay for the first 3 months at the time or purchase, or you can pay for the first month at the time of purchase and put a credit/debit card on file, and you will be charged automatically for each subsequent month. You can choose to gift a Membership for as many months as you’d like beyond that 3 month initial term.


DO I HAVE TO START ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?

No, you can start at any time during the month.


WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?

The initial commitment is 3 months. After that the contract will auto-renew monthly and you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice by completing the Membership Cancellation Form at the Front Desk or email membership@allthatmatterswellness.org


CAN I FREEZE MY CONTRACT FOR VACATION, ILLNESS, ETC.?

Yes, after your initial 3 month commitment, you can freeze your Membership for a period of 1-3 months (or up to 6 months for seasonal travel). To request a freeze, please submit the Membership Freeze Form with 14 days’ notice (form available at the Front Desk or email membership@allthatmatterswellness.org) .


HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNTS FOR HOLISTIC HEALING ARTS SESSIONS?

Your discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.  If your receipt does not reflect a discount please contact our Front Desk.


HOW DO THE GUEST PASSES WORK?

Members may bring guests with them to class anytime for only $10 per guest! Please introduce your guest when checking in to class.  If they have not been to ATMYW before, we’ll ask them to fill out a brief contact form. 

To register your guest for class, contact our Front Desk:  email  | 401.409.2121 with their name and which class you both would like to attend.


CAN I START MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE FUTURE?

Yes, you are able to purchase a Membership anytime and have the benefits begin at a later date. Payment for the first month is required at the time of purchase.


IS THERE A LIMIT TO NUMBER OF CLASSES I CAN TAKE PER DAY?

Not at all!  Please practice as often as you like!  Your membership gives you access to unlimited in-studio, outdoor and live stream yoga!
