the ATMY+W Yoga on the Beach Series every morning at 8:15am!
Yoga on the Beach runs from Saturday, June 15 through Labor Day, September 2, 2024.
Location:
719 Matunuck Beach Road, South Kingstown RI 02879
Note: This is NOT Narragansett Town Beach.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel and sun block, and wear layers.
Parking is free for students for the duration of the class. If it rains class will be cancelled by 7am, the morning of.
Please check your email and our homepage for weather-related cancellations.
Please tell the attendant you are there for yoga and check in with one of our beach yoga ambassadors.
Parking is in the first lot when you pull in - this is the beach staff parking lot.
Do not park in the lot closest to the beach unless you have a SK Town Beach Pass.
We encourage you to sign up in advance if possible to avoid having to take payment at the beach.
Full Moon Yoga
Join us for our Full Moon Yoga Summer Series to benefit our free community outreach programs and scholarship fund. Salute the setting sun and welcome the rising full moon in this joyful and intentional practice.
Expect a harmonious gathering of high vibes, community, and connection. A beautiful journey of breath, movement, meditation with your ATMY+W family of teachers!
Our final Full Moon Yoga on the Beach this summer season is:

Join Gong Masters and Sacred Tone Artists Stephanie Marisca and Cathy Cesario for our annual summer Gong Bath
under the rising full moon on South Kingstown Beach on Saturday, July 20th from 7:30-8:45pm.
Experience the vibrational feeling and sounds of the bronze gongs and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gentle crashing of ocean waves and soft summer breeze. The combinations of sound and atmosphere offers a peaceful space of healing and connectedness.
