Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that can be practiced lying down or seated comfortably. It includes a series of breath, body and awareness techniques that optimize physical restoration. It helps you to release all stress & conflicts and enter deep states of stillness.
Intentions are a powerful tool of Yoga Nidra and can be used to create shifts in behaviors and attitudes beyond the willful mind. Start your week with this practice to relax and set your intention for the day.
Bring a pillow, blanket and something to place under the knees for this relaxing practice! No prerequisites. Everyone is welcome!
