These classes will teach “Inner Light Meditation” which is an ancient and powerful technique designed to elevate the consciousness and increase our awareness of our true inner self; that is not our body nor our mind. There are no restrictions on age, health status, fitness or flexibility.

75-minute iRest® session with Kendall Sheldon. Learn basic methodology based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra - the science of awakening to your true nature. This modern adaptation offers a meditative inquiry that can induce deep states of rest; eliminate stress; overcome insomnia, anxiety, fear, and depression; and assist you to enter into facilitate deep meditation.
Short for Integrative Restoration, iRest® has been developed over the past 30 years by Richard Miller, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, and yogic scholar.
iRest® is simple to learn, easy to practice, and can become a valuable lifetime tool.

This monthly sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect through layers of vibration and frequency.
You will be guided by the resonant tones of the gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, shakers, shruti box, bells, and Jenn’s melodic, ethereal vocals. These sounds work together to gently quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep relaxation
and self awareness.
No experience is necessary.
Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into a state of calm, balance, and inner spaciousness.
