75-minute iRest® session with Kendall Sheldon. Learn basic methodology based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra - the science of awakening to your true nature. This modern adaptation offers a meditative inquiry that can induce deep states of rest; eliminate stress; overcome insomnia, anxiety, fear, and depression; and assist you to enter into facilitate deep meditation.
Short for Integrative Restoration, iRest® has been developed over the past 30 years by Richard Miller, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, and yogic scholar.
iRest® is simple to learn, easy to practice, and can become a valuable lifetime tool.
