MYOFASCIAL RELEASE YOGA FOR YOUR NECK

Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga involves using yoga props and self-massage tools (see below) to release tension, improve movement, and return connective tissue to a healthier state. It is not only excellent for relieving general discomforts, but also reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic training and recovery, accelerating healing from injury and surgery, and more.
This month, our focus is on the hard-working neck!
We’ll explore self-massage techniques that relieve chronic neck tension and restore postural integrity by freeing up the spine and upper torso.
TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK

Breathwork supports you in creating a conscious, kind, and intimate relationship with yourself and the universal energy flow that moves through all of creation.
In this workshop, Sheri Silva will guide you in a two-part, high ventilation, breathing exercise. The conscious control of the breath influences the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states, producing a therapeutic effect on your body, mind, and spirit. Every breath session is unique to the individual and no two breath sessions are the same.
This is a meditation. Clear emotional debris from your body and shine the mirror of your soul.

In this way, yoga allows one to make use of the wonderful gift of neuroplasticity-your brain's ability to change itself. The better your brain and mind are at adapting to change, the easier it becomes to meet stress head-on. The trick is to befriend change and embrace the wobbling. This is resilience.

VALENTINES DAY PARTNER THAI MASSAGE

Join us for a Partner Thai Massage experience that focuses on relaxation, presence, and connection. Open to couples, friends, or any two people who want to learn and hang out together.
You will be guided through simple Thai Bodywork techniques using gentle pressure, stretching, and rhythmic movement—practiced fully clothed on a mat. No experience needed. Come as you are, slow down, and explore the art of giving and receiving supportive touch in a grounded, respectful way.

Step into a deeply restorative sound journey with our monthly sound bath series- an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect through layers of vibration and frequency.
You will be guided by the resonant tones of the gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, shakers, shruti box, bells, and Jenn’s melodic, ethereal vocals. These sounds work together to gently quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep relaxation and self awareness.
