All That Matters Yoga + Wellness has evolved into a nonprofit 501(c)(3) to support this community...
our family, our sangha.
Celebrating 30 years as your yoga + wellness home.

After reflecting on the events of recent days, weeks, and months, our yoga studios
would like to share the following statement with our community.
Although our classes often center on physical postures (asana), yoga is a comprehensive philosophy for how to live in the world. It calls us to recognize
the inherent dignity of every being and to take action when that dignity is violated.
The Bhagavad Gita teaches that practice without compassionate action is incomplete.
We look to the Yamas and Niyamas - the universal moral principles of yoga -
for guidance. In the current climate, we see these principles being openly violated
and our practice makes our responsibilities clear:
Therefore, we stand in solidarity with the National Strike against ICE.
We join in unity to mourn the lives of Keith Porter Jr., Renee Good, and Alex Pretti.
We stand with all those disappeared by ICE and with those left behind without answers.
We stand with the people of Minnesota, Maine, and every community where escalating immigration enforcement inflicts deep and lasting trauma.
We commit to supporting affected communities, sharing awareness and resources, and participating in collective action. Each undersigned studio has chosen a mutual aid organization to support, and we encourage our members to do the same.
ATMY+W is supporting Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island.
Proceeds from yoga classes + merchandise Friday, January 30-Sunday, February 1st will be donated to their mission to cultivate an inclusive community for immigrants, refugees, and others seeking safety by providing integrated services, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and nurturing strong partnerships within the community.
This is our practice in action.

Join us in the picturesque rolling hills of Tuscany where a kaleidoscope of colors, landscapes, art and rich culture meet under the soft embrace of golden sunsets and a quieter, softer pace.
The Italian concept of la dolce vita—literally “the sweet life”— is about finding beauty
and pleasure in simple, everyday moments. It's a mindset: slowing down and focusing on the things that truly matter.
Amy Hagan, Mel Wegimont, and Michele Maker lead a week living this sweet life, savoring mindful moments, connecting with your stunning surroundings, and nourishing YOURSELF through a harmonious symphony of the senses, in a setting with a one-of-a-kind natural, cultural and historical heritage that has fascinated visitors for centuries with its spectacular panoramas and pastoral countryside.
Rich and surprising, Tuscany can enchant like few other places can.

HEARTFELT YIN IMMERSION POP UP CLASS
with Laura Mecham
Friday, February 14 | 9:00-11:00am
This Valentine's Day practice invites us to rest in the four abodes of the heart - loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity - beginning with ourselves. Through stillness and gentle awareness, we cultivate self-care as a sacred expression of love.
Immerse yourself in a deep exploration of the inner-self through the powerful practice of Yin. We will explore grounded postures, supported by breath cultivation, enabling a full surrender of the senses. Shapes nourish the physical body, and calm the mind while awakening the spirit and merging them into oneness. Yogic philosophies, sharing the ancient gifts still relevant in today's world, will be woven into the practice.
Be prepared to let go of what no longer serves, and invite awakening and growth for your physical body, energy flow and mindfulness.

Yoga offers many gifts, and flexibility is not necessary to reap the rewards – which include stress release, deeper states of relaxation, normalized blood pressure, relief of minor back pains, and a balance of strength and flexibility.
