The conscious control of the breath influences the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states, producing a therapeutic effect on your body, mind, and spirit. Every breath session is unique to the individual and no two breath sessions are the same.

Yoga provides an opportunity to examine how you respond to physical, and mental challenges and to create healthy responses. 

In this way, yoga allows one to make use of the wonderful gift of neuroplasticity-your brain's ability to change itself. The better your brain and mind are at adapting to change, the easier it becomes to meet stress head-on. The trick is to befriend change and embrace the wobbling.  This is resilience.

This Valentine's Day practice invites us to rest in the four abodes of the heart - loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity - beginning with ourselves.  Through stillness and gentle awareness, we cultivate self-care as a sacred expression of love.

Immerse yourself in a deep exploration of the inner-self through the powerful practice of Yin.  We will explore grounded postures, supported by breath cultivation, enabling a full surrender of the senses.  Shapes nourish the physical body, and calm the mind while awakening the spirit and merging them into oneness.  Yogic philosophies, sharing the ancient gifts still relevant in today's world, will be woven into the practice.

Be prepared to let go of what no longer serves, and invite awakening and growth for your physical body, energy flow and mindfulness.
